Breaking: Senate votes to rescind CFPB’s Arbitration Rule

In a late night 51-50 vote, during the World Series, the U.S. Senate used the Congressional Review Act to effectively rescind the CFPB’s recently released rule on arbitration. Republican Senators Graham (SC) and Kennedy (LA) joined with all the Democrats in opposing the measure. Vice President Pence was on hand to cast the deciding vote.
