Secretary Mnuchin will preside over a meeting of the Financial Stability Oversight Council (Council) at the Treasury Department.  The agenda will include both an open and an executive session.  The preliminary agenda for the open session includes a discussion of the Council’s 2017 annual report and an update on the Commodity Futures Trading Commission’s Project KISS to simplify and modernize its rules.  The preliminary agenda for the executive session includes a discussion of the recent report from Secretary Mnuchin to the President on the Council’s processes for designating nonbank financial companies and financial market utilities.
