H.Res. 430 Authorizing the the Judiciary to initiate or intervene in judicial proceedings to enforce certain subpoenas and for other purposes [PDF] This Rules Committee legislation offered by Chairman Jim McGovern would seek to enforce certain congressional subpoenas related to former White House Counsel McGahn and Attorney General Barr by way of civil action in federal court. 

H.R. 2740 Labor, Health and Human Services, Education, Legislative Branch, Defense, State, Foreign Operations, and Energy and Water Development Appropriations Act, 2020 [PDF] This is the first minibus funding package considered by the House as assembled by Chairwoman Lowey of the House Appropriations Committee. It encompasses the text of the bills noted in the title as reported by the House Appropriations Committee. The House is expected to hold late votes on amendments to the package throughout the week and is not expected to complete consideration of this legislation until next week. Amendment debate may continue after last votes on Thursday. The House is not in session on Friday.
