The Senate stands adjourned to convene for a pro forma session with no business conducted at 1:00pm on Monday, November 4, 2019.

 

When the Senate adjourns on Monday, it will next convene at 10:00am on Tuesday, November 5, 2019.

 

Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of Executive Calendar #355, David Tapp, of Kentucky, to be a Judge of the United States Court of Federal Claims.

 

The Senate will recess from 12:30pm until 2:15pm for the Republican caucus meeting.

 

At 2:15pm, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the Tapp nomination. If cloture is invoked, there will be 2 hours of post-cloture debate time followed by a vote on confirmation, as well as cloture on Executive Calendar #463, Danielle Hunsaker, of Oregon, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Ninth Circuit.
