H.R. 4521, America COMPETES Act of 2022 America Competes represents the House Democratic proposal related to American-Chinese competitiveness. It would authorize spending and policy related to semiconductor production, international commerce and supply chains, scientific research, climate change, relations with China and related territories/governments, trade adjustment assistance (TAA) programs, and certain immigration programs.
