Legislation Considered Subject to a Rule
H.R. 350 – Domestic Terrorism Prevention Act of 2022 (Rep. Schneider – Judiciary) This legislation would authorize for 10 years domestic counter-terrorism offices within the Department of Homeland Security, Department of Justice, and Federal Bureau of Investigation.
S. 3522 – Ukraine Democracy Defense Lend-Lease Act of 2022 (Sen. Cornyn – Foreign Affairs) This legislation would allow the President of the United States to expedite the delivery of military equipment to Ukraine and other Eastern European countries affected by the Russian invasion of Ukraine via lend-lease agreements.
