eGovernment Payments Council Membership Categories
Membership in the eGPC is open to any company, representative of a governmental agency or not-for-profit organization wishing to join. The membership dues for the eGPC is structured to take into consideration its members’ diversity, type of organization, and their interests in the Quest Operating Rules. For example, dues for smaller companies and individual state agencies are less than those for large corporations and coalitions of States. The fee structure also offers a level of membership for companies that wish to be part of the Council but do not wish to participate in the Quest Rules Forum.

* Payment of membership dues is deductible for most members of a trade association under Section 162 of the Internal Revenue code as an ordinary and necessary business expense. EFTA estimates that 20% of your dues are not deductible as a business expense because of EFTA’s lobbying activities on behalf of its members.
